Teachers, therapists, special education teachers, and musicians are familiar with this issue from their daily lives. My voice is tight, I have to clear my throat; when I speak loudly, it sounds too high-pitched; I get tired from speaking so much. I'd like to sing in class, but it stresses me out. This course is for you!

About the event
How can I have more inner grounding and space in my everyday life? Be more connected to myself and my surroundings without becoming fatigued by the patterns of my speaking and singing voice?
Many people in educational and therapeutic professions use their speaking voice every day to lay the foundation for establishing a trusting atmosphere. Are knowledge and content received differently when the instructor's voice is right?
The volume of one's own voice in group rooms, noise levels, loving attention in therapeutic settings, setting boundaries, including the singing voice in music lessons, etc. are examples where the voice goes out of its comfort zone.
To face these challenges anew, to be equipped with practical "tools" and to go through a process in the group where habits and patterns can be released and new resources of voice and BEING are created.
Loving feedback - how does it work when I speak…
